dh insight ltd was established in 2007 with the aim of providing an exemplary service, drawing on our experience of employment in both client and agency roles.

Our focus is on working with you: we take the time to understand your organisation, and what you want to achieve with the research findings. With a cost-effective approach that gives timely, reliable and actionable results, our methodology is customised according to your needs, using both qualitative and quantitative research techniques.

We work across the UK for a wide variety of organisations in the private sector and business to business services, and have considerable experience in the public sector, particularly in education and health.

Staff are members of the MRS (Market Research Society) and adhere to their code of conduct. All are registered under the Data Protection Act and have live DBS certificates.

Helped shape our brand identity
We turned to dh insight for support with brand and campaign testing as it was critical for us to be objective and unbiased throughout the process. We worked in partnership with Matt to help shape the requirements and set out a clear brief for insight and testing. We gave Matt some challenging timings and all deadlines were met. During the outcomes and reporting stage, Matt was open to feedback and happy to provide additional detail where required. The results gave us an important reference to help shape our brand identity and marketing campaigns that were driven by our audiences, and ultimately were as effective as possible.
