dh insight worked on an important piece of market research with our partners who refer their clients to the College. The research was conducted in a very professional manner, communication was excellent and the summary report was delivered to schedule. The report has been very useful to the College in a number of different ways. Firstly it has been cited in further research papers into the added value of residential adult education. Secondly, it has informed further work we are undertaking on our partnership strategy and processes and finally it has added to our evidence of the impact of the Colleges work.
