The Arts University College at Bournemouth commissioned dh insight to carry out various quantitative and qualitative research. Analysis is always well structured, clear and professionally presented. Helped shape our brand identity

We turned to dh insight for support with brand and campaign testing as it was critical for us to be objective and unbiased throughout the process. We worked in partnership with Matt to help shape the requirements and set out a clear brief for insight and testing. We gave Matt some challenging timings and all deadlines were met. During the outcomes and reporting stage, Matt was open to feedback and happy to provide additional detail where required. The results gave us an important reference to help shape our brand identity and marketing campaigns that were driven by our audiences, and ultimately were as effective as possible.

Professional, helpful and adaptable

dh insight has delivered our annual customer satisfaction survey for the past three years. They worked closely with us to define the survey so that it would generate useful insight and coordinated the delivery of 250 telephone interviews with local businesses to understand their experiences of working with the D2N2 Growth Hub. The summary reports produced by dh insight have been comprehensive and effective, allowing us to showcase our impact.
